The First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston String Band welcomes all who love to OR WANT TO play music together!We meet in-between services on most Sundays.
We have members of every skill level, and welcome beginners as well
Bring your Ukulele, Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Lute, whatever!
We can supply you with a Ukulele if you have never played anything, but would like to learn!

Join The Metropolitan Organization (TMO) for a non-partisan Accountability Session with the leading candidates for Houston Mayor on Sunday October 22 at 3 pm at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 5102 Dabney. Learn about the Harris Health bond election to build a new LBJ Hospital and Emergency Trauma Center, renovate and expand Ben Taub Hospital and Trauma Center and build three new full-service clinics in East, Northwest and Southwest Harris County.
