SUNDAY GUIDED MINDFUL MEDITATIONS
9:00 - 9:45 AM - By Zoom Only
All are welcome to join us Sundays by Zoom from 9:00 to 9:45 am. We listen to meditative music, followed by short guided meditations from a variety of teachers on the topic of the week, and then have a time for mindful sharing and listening.Leaders/Creators of the Playlists: Megan Pantuliano & Pam Perry. Please join us by 8:55 am. The Zoom room opens around 8:45 am for casual conversations.
