Mindful Meditation

SUNDAY GUIDED MINDFUL MEDITATIONS
9:00 - 9:45 AM - By Zoom Only
All are welcome to join us Sundays by Zoom from 9:00 to 9:45 AM. We listen to meditative music, followed by short guided meditations from a variety of teachers on the topic of the week, listen to more meditative music, and then we have a mindful sharing and listening circle where we can share briefly about our experience, or something we are grateful for, or something we are concerned about.Leaders and Creators of the Playlists: Megan Pantuliano & Pam Perry
Please join us by 8:55 am. The Zoom room opens around 8:45 am for casual conversations.
To get the Zoom meeting link, please send an email to info@firstuu.org by Thursday morning, and if you would like to receive weekly reminder emails with the topics for this group, please let us know.
