December 23, 2023(2 events) 10:00 am: Yoga – First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston, Channing Hall 10:15 am: Yoga – Create space, silence and stillness in your body, mind and spirit with yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. There are some mats available for those that do not. We are excited to offer a yoga class again on Saturday mornings at the church. It will be led by Vince Nguyen, an experienced yoga instructor, who has been teaching at yoga studios as a hobby for many years and has been certified for a decade. Vince is a new member of our church community who also enjoys gardening, reading and being in nature as well as having a passion for yoga. Come enjoy the practice of movement, postures, breathing techniques and energetic awareness with church friends on Saturday morning. If you need more information, please email yoga@firstuu.org. |
