Yoga Yoga Yoga

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. There are some mats available for those that do not.
We are excited to offer a yoga class again on Saturday mornings at the church. It will be led by Vince Nguyen, an experienced yoga instructor, who has been teaching at yoga studios as a hobby for many years and has been certified for a decade. Vince is a new member of our church community who also enjoys gardening, reading and being in nature as well as having a passion for yoga. Come enjoy the practice of movement, postures, breathing techniques and energetic awareness with church friends on Saturday morning.
