The Annual Services Auction has been an exciting and popular social event – as well as an important fundraiser – at our church for decades. There will again be the Online Auction leading up to the Live Auction and Party. The bidding can be fierce, so come to experience the excitement!

The Online Auction will run from Saturday, November 7 through Saturday, November 14, the day of the Live Auction & Party. Mark your calendar now to invite friends and family for great fun and to bid on some awesome auction items, all while supporting the church.

Auction success requires donations!

Buyers only buy if something catches their eye. We need YOUR help in making donations to ensure a successful fundraiser. Here are a few ways you can help us reach our fundraising goal of $45,000:

• Offer a stay at your vacation home
• Host a gathering at your home. Dinners are always popular, but the options are endless!
• D&D night with snacks
• Pool and popsicle party (does your apartment complex have a pool?)
• Cookie baking and/or decorating
• Chocolate overload dessert night
• Murder mystery in a box night – costumes optional
• A cooking class featuring a particular dish (tamales, perogies, fresh pasta, dinner for 4 for less than $20, your grandmother’s famous biscuits….)
• Donate the use of your home, or a space you have access to (like the party room or pool at your complex) and we’ll either help you host an event, or pair you up with a host who needs a space.
• Donate Tickets for theater, opera, symphony, or sports events
• Donate Artwork
• Donate Hand-crafted jewelry, needlework, wooden toys, etc.
• Host Beer/wine/cheese/pickle tasting (ok, maybe not pickles…)
• Offer Services
• Rides to the airport
• Teaching a skill or craft
• Expert consultation
• Help with moving, yard work, etc.
• Set up a new computer/stereo/etc. system
• Donate Baked goods
• Solicit local restaurants, shops, gyms, salons, etc. for gift cards
