2026 Annual Services Auction

The Annual Services Auction has been an exciting and popular social event – as well as an important fundraiser – at our church for decades. There will again be the Online Auction leading up to the Live Auction and Party. The bidding can be fierce, so come to experience the excitement!
The Online Auction will run from Saturday, November 7 through Saturday, November 14, the day of the Live Auction & Party. Mark your calendar now to invite friends and family for great fun and to bid on some awesome auction items, all while supporting the church.
Begin to think about what fantastic items you may want to donate to the auction. Also consider being an underwriter. Underwriting donations can be made on the donate page of firstuu.org or by check.

First UU Queer Prom

We are hosting a night to remember fundraiser for Houston-area adults to recreate (and reclaim) landmark experiences in a radically queer-affirming space! All bodies (including allies) are welcome!
We are looking for volunteers to help plan and put on the event! Any member or friend is welcome to join as a volunteer! Volunteers may be asked to join planning meetings, support publicity efforts, set up decorations, staff the event itself, or help clean up afterwards!
