Navigating Grief is a class for those experiencing grief due to a significant life change, such as death of a loved one or divorce.
It is a six-week course, and participants should plan to attend all six sessions. It will be held in person. Most of the session work is done in a group process by the participants, although the facilitators have information to impart. There is “group-think,” self-processing, table-sharing opportunities, and some writing work between sessions.
Rev. Scott has co-facilitated Navigating Grief here before. He has previously co-facilitated the program at the First Unitarian Church of Dallas, where it was created, and while at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento. Please let Margarita or Rev. Scott know if you are interested.
If you are interested in participating in Navigating Grief, please email Rev. Scott.
