Stan Polins, who has over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga, will be leading a four-week series of therapeutic yoga classes for a small group of students. Reserve your spot today!

Therapeutic Yoga classes are about discovering your body’s strengths and balances. You will learn poses and alignments that will improve your mind/body integration. Each student will work at their own pace within their own limits.

The first half of the class will cover basic alignments and breathing techniques.

The second half of the class will deal with enhancing strength and flexibility within each student’s limitations. Gaining a better understanding of your own personal strengths and limitations is only one of many benefits to be gained from this class series!

Class size requires a minimum of 6 registrants and a maximum of 12. Registration is required, along with a commitment to attend four sessions.
