Meditation Group

9:30 am – 10:15 am
Join us any Sunday for music, brief recorded talks and guided
mindfulness meditations from a variety of teachers, followed by music
and an optional mindful sharing and listening circle. Meditation
experience is not needed. The Zoom room opens at 9:15 a.m.
