Museum District – 10:30 am
For Martin Luther King, Jr. Sunday we will look at the friendship between Dr. King and the great Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel. Heschel and King were allies in the great struggles for justice of the middle twentieth-century. Their camaraderie and shared commitment to justice can inspire us to reach across religious and racial divisions in our work to confront and weather the grave crises of the era. The Rev. Dr. Colin Bossen will be in the pulpit today.
