Thoreau / Richmond campus – 10:45am
We as a society have become accustomed to defining how far a person has come on their journey through life by the measure of the successes they have achieved. But, as much as we may not like to admit it, our failures also have a lot to say about how far we have come…and often they have more to say about how we view life than success. Join Matt Pargeter-Villarreal through a sermon journey of some of the failures that he has encountered and have impacted his life…and how he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Matt Pargeter-Villareal is a recent M.Div graduate of Brite Divinity School, an Aspirant for Ministry with the UUA, and the current co-facilitator of the Young Adults at Westside UU in Fort Worth. Matt is also currently serving as a Chaplain at Baylor All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth. He and his husband, Fernando, are originally from San Antonio, and currently live in Arlington.
