A spiritual community for all: advancing justice and embracing diversity with love and acceptance

Membership Meetings

Annual Congregational Meetings

Each year in June, the membership meets to elect new board members and members of the Leadership Development Team and to adopt the budget for the coming year. Other business can be conducted at the meeting, but must be on the agenda in advance. At this meeting, an Annual Report is available. It provides a summary of the past year's church activities.

Special Congregational Meetings

These meetings are called for a special purpose. No other agenda items can be added to these meetings, other than the purpose for which they are called.

Voting

All members are allowed a vote, if they have been a member for at least 60 days.

Town Hall Meetings

These are meetings to provide information, to allow for discussion on various topics related to choices and possible paths the church might take.
