Second Saturday

Second Saturday is a program cooridinated by our Community Involvement Committee. It is an opportunity for church members and friends to meet at First Church and then go out in groups to various non-profit organizations in the Houston area. Some organizations we assist on a regulare basis are Urban Harvest, 10,000 Villages, Second to None Resale Shop (benifting the Houston Area Women's Center), Techs and Trainers, Bering Omega House, and others

Join us on the second Saturday of each month at 9:30 in the sanctuary for a brief spiritual gathering before we head out to the community. To join our Second Saturday email distribution list, contact Lydia Luz
